| Educational Program
Day 1
Arrival to San José. Introduction to the program, activities and
schedule. Dinner will be enjoyed in a typical restaurant downtown San
José. Overnight in San Jose.
Day 2
Breakfast and transfer to the Tropical Center. Kayak in mangrove and Golfo
Dulce. Speech on precautions at the tropical rainforest. Overnight at
the Tropical Center.
Day 3
Breakfast, following with a visit to a Biolaboratory at Catarata Trail
Biolaboratory Analysis and then a volleyball game with the community.
After dinner, learn some Spanish tips from our educators. Overnight at
the Tropical Center.
Day 4
Breakfast and visit local schools for environmental education program.
Later a visit to the Chocuaco Lagoon. After dinner an introduction for
next day trip to La Gamba Community. Overnight at the Tropical Center.
Day 5
Breakfast and departure for a field trip to La Gamba Project. After dinner,
get ready for an extraordinary experience, taking a night walk at Heliconia
trail. Overnight at the Tropical Center.
Day 6
Breakfast and during the day field laboratory and presentation of results.
After dinner, get ready for an exciting popular dance lesson. Overnight
at the Tropical Center.
Day 7
Breakfast and in the morning visit an Indian Reserve. In the afternoon
lunch at the reserve and then transfer to Danta Corcovado Lodge.. At night,
prepare food in a wood oven. After dinner, our educators will explain
about next day activities to Corcovado National Park. Overnight at Corcovado.
Day 8
Breakfast and Trip to Corcovado National Park. Free afternoon at Danta
Corcovado Lodge also learn a some tips for the Spanish language. Overnight
at Corcovado.
Day 9
Breakfast and visit the Organic agriculture Farm “Kobo”. Later
transfer to La Cusinga, a beach lodge located in the “Ballena Marine
National Park”. There will be free time to enjoy this beautiful
beach. After dinner we will have a presentation on marine ecosystems.
Overnight at La Cusinga.
Day 10
Breakfast and continue with the exploration of the Ballena Marine Park.
After lunch, transfer to San José. At night, celebrate the closing
of the program and receive the certificates. Overnight in San Jose.
Day 11
Breakfast and transfer to airport.
Notes
