2- Payments:
Payment in advance in USD is required for all arrangements. Miki Travel Agency will not be responsible for any bank or courier charges. If no date of payment is given in the correspondence the following terms apply:
INDIVIDUALS:
Full payment due 25 days prior to arrival
GROUPS:
40 % deposit due 60 days prior to arrival and the balance
due 30 days prior to arrival
If this final installment is not received
when due, MIKI TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel the reservations
All payments may be made by Certificate
Checks or Money Order draw on a International Bank.

Wire Transfer:
Payments may also be made by direct wire transfer
to our agency. The International Bank of Miami ("TIBOM")
was designated as the new payable through Bank in
the United States of America for our checking accounts.
Furthermore, TIBOM will be the recipient bank for
the transferences of funds to be credited into our
checking account. For the above mentioned reason,
following are the correspondent instructions for remittances:

Each transfer bank has a cost and the total cost depends
your local bank and transfer distance. You can not
discount this total from your final total amount services.
MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY must be advised by e-mail or fax each time a wire transfer is sent with the name of the bank used, the deposit date, the deposit hour, the amount sent and what the payment is for. This is the only way we can trace these transfers.
4- Note About Prices
Prices are accurate and available at
time of publication. MIKI TRAVEL reserves the right
to alter quoted prices without notice to reflect changes
in hotels fares, land services or tax increases.
5- Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation submitted to MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY by the buyer must be in writing and signed by the buyer. MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY will not refund any cancellations made within 15 days or less before the date of arrival of the client. Exceptions are made under management consent.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or package due to insufficient sign-up. In this case a full refund will be given, but MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the preparation of the tour or the package. We recommend that participants purchase short-term travel insurance that covers baggage loss, accidents and trip cancellations among others. MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY offers this service, just let us know if you are interested.
6- Responsibility
MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY is a recognized tour company and acts only as an agent for the clients in reference to their trip, whether by car, by motor coach, by railroad, by boat or by plane. MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY assumes no liability during such travel in case of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur by defects on any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or for the acts of any company or person related to the passenger that are in charge of the arrangements of the tour.
MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY cannot be held responsible for losses or additional expenses due to delay, hotel or airline irregularities, sickness, bad weather or any changes in the tour schedule. MIKI TRAVEL AGECNY does not take responsibility for changes and cancellations of affiliated companies used to provide services.
MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in the itineraries when it is considered necessary or obligatory. The luggage always will travel under the care and responsibility of its owner.
No refund can be made for unused hotel rooms, meals, sight-seeing trips, tours or any other service.
Note: When other individuals
or companies are used to provide services, their insurance
payment and cancellation policies will apply.
7- Conduct
MIKI TRAVEL reserves the right to require
any individual to withdraw from any tour or package
at any time, if the company deems his acts or conduct
detrimental to, or not compatible with the interest,
harmony, comfort or welfare of the tour as a whole.
8- Health Problems
Persons with medical problems should
make them know to MIKI TRAVEL in the reservation moment.
We reserve the right to disqualify anyone at any time
during the tour or package if it is felt that the individual
is physically incapable and/or if that individuals continued
participation will jeopardize the safety of the group
or handicap the normal functioning or scheduling of
the tour or package. MIKI TRAVEL assumes no responsibility
for special arrangements necessary or problems experienced
for and/or by passengers physically unable to participate
in the planned activities.
